Hurricane’s Grill & Bar Darling Harbour
I was anticipating on trying this restaurant the whole trip! I was looking at their menu all week. I love, love, love ribs and I heard Hurricane’s do the best.
Although the weather was a bit gloomy outside, I quite enjoyed it as opposed to Perth’s heat wave.
Full Rack of Pork Ribs $36.00
A huge serving of of their famous rack of ribs, perfectly charred and glazed. Tender, fall off the bone meaty ribs.
I’m normally not crazy on hot chips as it fills me up quicker, but when a bed of chips have been soaking underneath saucy ribs, I can’t control myself. Perfect with a side of garlic sauce $2.50.

Steak and Lamb Ribs $42.00
My boyfriend ordered the Steak and Ribs Combo with a side of peri peri sauce. The steak was cooked well and the lamb ribs were divine. I found that the lamb ribs had more fatty bits running through it then the pork ribs but I’ve got no complaints there.
I will now be on the hunt in Perth for lamb ribs.
